Garry’s connection to Thornaby is long-standing and personal. Having been a proud resident since 1985, he has grown fond of the town and its incredible community spirit.
Football has been a huge part of his life, having played the game from the age of eight until he was 38, and he has spent the last decade involved with Thornaby FC, initially as a long-standing sponsor through GM Contract Flooring.
Garry’s support has grown steadily. He is honoured to serve as chairman, a role that allows him to contribute more directly to the club’s development and give back to a sport and community that have shaped his life.
